Great Service Experience!
The tech went above and beyond to get the installation done on the first business day after delivery. After a couple of delays he still made it to our place before 7:00 p.m. and did our removal and installation in under 40 minutes. He was polite and efficent.

Complicated return just experienced
Complicated return just experienced. Even my property manager said the return is Complicated. We showed the photo the cabinet only able to fit 23.75. He said the dishwasher from Frigidaire should fit. Later on technician told me it didnt fit so we have to return it. Item still under review and not picked up and it is been a week already. Even my tenant starts complaining already. Nexttime I might go somewhere else.

Everything went well except for the…
Everything went well except for the installation which was very speedy but the installer forgot to turn on the water at the back of the machine. I spent a day trying to get help from the company to no avail. My son finally came over that night and pulled out the machine and turned the dial at the connection another way and on came the water.

Highly recommend CAS!
Suraj was great. The fridge that we wanted was in stock, and delivery was organized ASAP. The delivery team were exceptional. living in an older building, the suites aren't designed for moving large appliances, but the delivery team found a way, and were cheerful regardless of the challenges !

Borderline criminals
Borderline criminals. I ordered a fridge online making sure they had inventory. They took my money, and the day I had a confirmed delivery scheduled, no call, no delivery. When I called them they told me that they had no inventory and that they didn't know when they would have the item back in stock. When I asked why when I ordered and paid for refridgerator they did allocate stock to the order, I was told that they had other orders to fill so I could either cancel or pay the difference for another model... Classic Bait and Switch. I asked to speak to a manager and was told they do not accept calls. I asked for a manager to call me, and was told that managers will not call any customer. I cancelled. Then they sent the credit card cancellation notice not to me who ordered and paid for the refrigerator but to the ship to person (tenant). When I asked for a copy they told me they couldn't resent. This brings up a host of Privacy issues as a third party now has my confidential credit card information. I will never order from them again.

After an order is placed, the system prompts you to select a preferred date. Please note that while selecting a date for backordered appliances does not guarantee delivery on that specific day, we strive to keep all estimated dates as accurate as possible.
Regarding the communications sent to the shipping address, it is our standard procedure to send notifications to the primary contact information provided on file.
If a tenant's details are listed as the primary contact, they will receive the order updates.
We want to assure you that we do not engage in "bait and switch" tactics or any fraudulent practices.
