Delivery was 90 minutes after the four hour delivery window and not consistent with what the app said. Installation was hasty, resulting in appliance being too far from wall. I had to remove piping to vent, cut it, and reinstall it itself.

Nice to see all the different brands and styles in one place so we could make the best decision on would meet our needs. Michael Wu was a very nice salesperson. Prices are comparable to other stores.
However, your warranty program falls short of competitors. Competitors offer a little better coverage and if you don't use your warranty within the specified time frame you get it back towards an in store credit." If we would have known we would have gone through them.

I am 90 years old and I do not have great knowledge about internet etc. I think I should have been told about the return policy. Lifting those boxes is something I cannot do so having to take the microwave for pictures meant getting someone to help.

After we picked up our new Bosch…
After we picked up our new Bosch dishwasher, we discovered that the special Power Cord was missing. We went back to your store to discuss with our salesman, Mike Wu, who was totally disinterested in helping us. We believe that he knew about the missing cord. As a result, we will have to wait 2 to 5 weeks before we can use our new dishwasher. We are very disappointed by this unacceptable delay.
