Fantastic service

Fantastic service. Placed order on Monday and arrived safely and well packaged on the Wednesday!! Very competitive pricing and company very proactive in sending information re delivery. Delighted with my purchase will definitely be using again.

Terrible service

Terrible service

I ordered 8 candles and only received one. I emailed their customer service team multiple times with no response. Would not buy from them again.

Save yourself the trouble and buy from elsewhere.

Great customer service

Ordered 4 Yankee Candles for Xmas use. First time I've used this company. Simple to order online and goods arrived 24hrs later!! Good packaging and goods in perfect condition. Have not lit the candles yet but in terms of dealing with the company I can thoroughly recommend them. Will definitely use again.

Fantastic service!

I've been using Candles Direct for a couple of years now and can honestly say in terms of service and price they're one of the best companies I've used.
I buy a lot of Yankee Candles and their prices are very competitive.
Packaging is excellent and I've messaged them in the past to say how well packaged my orders always are.
Had an issue recently updating my email address and they were very quick to respond and sorted it out for me.
Great company, can't fault them at all. I'm a regular customer and would highly recommend them.

GOOD VALUE & VERY FRAGRANT

Purchased 2 yankee candle fluffy towel signature diffusers for small entrance hall. Very good as they were the older stock and smell more fragrant. Prompt delivery. Good value when bought as a pair. Would recommend.

Was very pleased…

APATHETIC, DISMISSIVE, LAZY SNOBS

I’ve had an absolute passion & love for Cire Trudon’s candies. Their scents are absolutely luxurious. Their customer service is indescribably vile. I’ve ordered and received many candles and have not had a need to contact their customer service. I recently received (as a birthday present) a completely melted candle upon delivery. Both my friend and I tried to contact their customer service team multiple times. NOT ONCE was any contact acknowledged. They simply do not care about their clients. They’ll remain in business for their “status” but their true colors have shown with their blatant disregard towards my recent concerns. They have wholesale & multi-millionaire clients - DO NOT PURCHASE if you are “middle class.” Absolutely elitist and dismissive. Truly horrible humans and I will never purchase nor accept a gift from them. They are flat out snobs who do not care about anyone but A-list persons. They’ve shown their colors and they are DISGUSTING.

Awful customer service

Ordered a candle earlier this month when on offer, buy one get one free. The candle arrived yesterday but only one and it was broken in the box. When we contacted the company they asked that we send a picture which we did. When we asked about the free candle they said we had ordered and paid on the last day of the offer so it wasn’t dealt with by them until the next day so we couldn’t get the free candle. No apology given or offer to send out replacement for broken candle. All they said was they would refund. Never use again or recommend to anyone.

Brilliant customer service..

Brilliant customer service from Candles Direct. I ordered two Yankee Candles last week and was slightly concerned when my tracking told me the parcel was in Northern Ireland when I live just outside of London. I emailed the customer service email and they replied within two hours to say there was nothing to worry about as this is where their warehouse is. The parcel arrived a couple of days later! Will definitely be buying from them again..

My honest experience was a great one!

My honest experience was a great one. I read some bad reviews on here so paid with paypal to be safe. The delivery charge was £3.95 which is amazing considering I bought 2 large candles which are not exactly light. I got an email to say order confirmed and dispatched and they arrived well packaged and quickly. The yankee candles I bought were out of season so that's why they sell them so cheap. I love the autumn and winter smells so perfect for me! I will be using this site again. Thank you.

Do not not use this company

Do not not use this company . Excessive postage charges . Tried to cancel my order immediately but was unable to . Staff really unhelpful said they would refund . Would not trust a company that cannot cancel an order immediately. If they cannot do this unlikely to get refund .
