Great service first time in 20 years needed recovery and with the caravan was seamless best £82 I have ever spent and this convinced the other half it’s a necessary expense

As we travel a fare distance with our caravan, we thought it was about time we took out breakdown cover, I had seen the advert in my monthly caravan magazine I thought it was the best one to use as they could also take the caravan, it's up for renewal soon so I will be taking out again.

Yes certainly, broke down with a shattered tyre in Brecon South Wales, going home day after to North Yorkshire. Guess what Mayday were USELESS. said because alloy wheel had a scuff they couldn't help yes you heard right. I am 80 years old and joined Mayday for emergency situations like what I have described. Mayday said to contact my insurer to see if they would help me. They more or less said what could they do. As far as I am concerned Mayday is a joke and should reimburse me plus the cost I paid to a passer by to change my damaged wheel plus compensation for selling me a cover which they did not fulfill, is this miss selling?.

The best and only cover you’ll ever need should you find yourself in the position of breakdown with or without caravan in tow - absolutely brilliant

Sub-contracted breakdown companies have no idea about May-Day extra terms and conditions, double recovery etc,etc.... Iv'e had to use them twice in the past 5 years, both times arguments and hassle. The first time wanted to leave my brand-new caravan un-attended in a layby and collect it later, and so just recover the car and go back later to my caravan, also suggested that I take the dirty bikes off the roof off may car and lay on beds in caravan...., The next time I was not fully recovered, but taken from the caravan club site to a car storage site, and encouraged to accept loan car to tow my caravan back home, and they would then later bring my Mercedes E class estate to my home, offered a Renault Megan, hopelessly under powered and to lite for a safe towing ratio.....Hassel Hassel Hassel endless arguments with sub contractors ...YOU DO NOT GET WHAT TOU PAY FOR UNLESS YOU ARGUE YOUR RIGHTS - I COULD TELL YOU MORE....

I have been with Mayday for many years and have had cause to use their service on a number of occasions. The service is excellent and I recommend it without any hesitation. Ray Perks

If you tow a caravan you are a fool not to have cover can't fault green flag at all.

Only used services once but it worked well. Only problem was that it was a bit slow because was for a Motorhome and they had to source a big vehicle as my motorhome could not be towed. All well in the end, would certainly renew again

Never had to use the service but I know some have and all have been satisfied with the service. I find the price is reasonable.

Having had to use the services of Mayday twice, I found the initial contact to the final outcome to be efficient with friendly, knowledgeable technicians. The product is competitively priced whichever option you decide to purchase
