This was my first time using a leasing company, having always taken my cars on PCP. After a lengthy search, I contacted Car Leasing Online. I already knew the car I wanted but was particular about the exact specification. I spoke with Glen, who was extremely patient, and together we eventually landed on the perfect car and spec. His professionalism was outstanding, and the whole process felt genuinely enjoyable. Where many companies fall short is after‑care, but that certainly wasn’t the case here. My delivery was handled by Lorraine, who was brilliant throughout, transparent, proactive, and consistently on the ball. When the car arrived unclean, I contacted her straight away, and she resolved the issue immediately and without any fuss. I will absolutely be returning to Car Leasing Online when my contract ends, and I hope both Glen and Lorraine are still there.
