Faulty Bosch wiper blades

Have just opened a package from Carparts4less which contained a car battery. This delivered by DHL.
In the plainest of English with appropriate arrows on the exterior of the box it states-keep upright, fragile.
So what's happened? The plastic bag which the battery was wrapped in together with the absorbent matting is soaking wet. It's not rocket science to follow the instructions, but obviously somebody in DHL cant be bothered to take any care, as the battery has sometimes been inverted during its transit.
Thankfully, Carparts4less had wrapped the battery professionally, so all leakage was contained.
I phoned up regarding this and my call was answered very quickly by Jackson and I then explained the situation, I was then transferred to another department who arranged for the first delivery to be collected and a replacement battery supplied.
One hour later, new battery installed.
What an absolutely Stellar service from this company, shame they have been let down by a non-caring courier company.

A tale of woe re Lack of Customer Service:
16th June: Set of Front Disc & pads ordered in preparation for an MOT (the 2020 MOT had an advisory re front discs scored).
20th July : During MOT replacement discs found to incorrect part numbers for model & could not be installed.
20 July: emailed customer services requesting Returns Note Authorisation. Automatic response that email received.
26 July: Contacted Chat Line & advised that I was outwith the 14 days return request date and nothing could be done !!
Requested name of person to contact re a complaint ie Customer Services !!
26 July: Email from customer services re " rating support received via chat line "
26 July: Emailed a Complaint to Customer Services requesting a review of my case.
30 July: Still awaiting a response.
Received 2 x used parts... 3rd time lucky!!
Bought a water pump.. Received a used part. Advised them wanted a new pump sent out and this part was used also.
What is going on here!!
9 days after I placed the order and now I need to re order again and hope its new sealed and totally unused.

Please do not believe all these negative comments about this company because I find It very doubtful that they are true. Why? Because I was after some engine oil for my car and was nearly put off myself by all these negative reviews from so called unhappy customers. But because the price for the oil was the cheapest I'd found I took a chance and placed the order. The order was placed on the Wednesday and the oil arrived the very next day without Issue. It was extremely well packaged and was exactly what I had ordered. I also had a query regarding the product that I'd just purchased, so I started a conversation on their online chatroom and was answered within minutes. Job done, and my query was answered Immediately. So as far as I'm concerned, carparts4less.co.uk
are one of the best and efficient company's that I've ever dealt with. DO NOT be put off by all the negative reviews, just place your order folks and then make your own minds up.

I ordered 5 liters of oil and four light bulbs and I received an empty envelope, I spoke to customer service and they said they would send me the order again the next day. The next day I received a phone call and was informed that the order had been sent to another locality by mistake and I was asked if I agreed to go to that address to pick up the package. Worst Unprofessional Rude Company I Ever Dealt With
If I can give them a zero star I will.. On Friday 16th April Ordered EGR VALUE for Next day delivery, but they got euro car parts to deliver it locally. So they told me I should get it Saturday or Sunday, if not Monday or Tuesday. I called carparts4less on Tuesday to see where my part was.? The adviser said why are you calling us call euro car parts.. I was gobsmacked from what she said. I said to her I ordered the parts from yourselves not Euro car parts, she was rude disrespectful, unprofessional and she just put the phone down on me so I called again and got a different advisor who also put the phone down. I ended up calling Euro car parts myself and they said it’s out for delivery. Then I called again to check where my parcel was and they said it had attempted delivery and I said that was impossible as someone was home and they promised me someone would deliver the next day. I paid for next day delivery which originally did not happen. An hour after the call they called me back and told me it had been delivered but it had been left on the porch without any one signing for it so no one knew it had been delivered ! After all this the part was fitted by my mechanic but the part ended up been faulty! So I had to take it back to Euro car parts and get replacement which was fine but this ended up costing me another £50 so in total it cost £100 in Labour to pay my mechanic to refit the new one. I have done all the running around when it should have been car parts 4 less. Very rude staff unhelpful and ended up costing me more money in labour and phone calls doing their job. Euro car parts where just as bad as car parts 4 less. Not even a phone call back to apologise for all the trouble and stress this caused me or even a good gesture will for their error. If you look at there trust pilot reviews they are terrible and my advise to you is even though these are cheap you will get hassle and you are better off paying the extra for a decent service

The order arrived the next day, actually 17.5 hours after being places, was spot-on, well packed and cheaper than anywhere else. The company this site refers does not actually exist, so everything you read on this site is garbage.

Truly disgusted with the level of service, please do not use these cowboys.
It would seem if you purchase more than one item at a time, you will receive them individually, whenever, if you are lucky.
I purchased some brake discs, pads and a wiper blade. The pads arrived and the blade, no discs. The blade was the wrong one.
In order to have a refund on the discs I had to prove I had purchased alternative parts or they would send replacements, its been dragging on now for two weeks no refund and no discs.

2 items returned at the end of November 2020. Still waiting for a refund.
Also, as part of the same order, 2 items not received by 7th January 2021 despite being told over the phone in December that there was just a delay in sending them to N. Ireland. Told on the 7th January that the order was cancelled. I wasn't informed of this and had waited in good faith for months.
Insincere apology from customer service over the phone and nothing more. Promised refund for all 4 items by the 8th January 2021.
