Avoid like Coronavirus

Firstly, I can't believe I have to even give them one star!
Paid for next day delivery and it never arrived, nor the day after that, or the day after that one. When it didn't arrive when expected, I messaged to cancel as I needed the part that day, hence paying extra for next day delivery... no response, so when it did eventually turn up i emailed their returns team and I still haven't received a response or any information on how to return my order. I had to go out and buy the part from a dealer which is what I wish I'd done in the first place.
When you try and call they claim there's a 2 hour call wait! Who the hell is going to stay on hold for 2 hours? I have now been trying to get in contact with them for over a month to no avail. I may just have to accept I've been screwed over on this one... crooks!
Oh.. and the part wasn't the correct part either!
I imagine they will blame it on Corona virus, but if their deliveries and services are going to be affected then that should be stated before you buy, not on the returns/cancellation page when it's too late.

Absolutely appealing

Absolutely appealing. Bought car battery, delivered wrong part, after hours on phkne and chat still they could find correct part so requested refund. Lady from Euro Car parts came in and picked up battery. Waited for refund 3 weeks and nothing. Contacted them and apparently they have not received any part from me. Spoke to local store person and he basically told me i am lying and i should prove them that battery was collected!!
Carparts4less do not respond to my emails, chat is useless as they only say "i will pass this to customer service"...
Lost nearly £100 and can't see i will get this back...

very good customer service

in may I ordered two car shampoos . after a few weeks i had a email saying they could not supply the product and they would refund me. well after some time I still had no refund . PayPal was no help . So I wrote a one star review explaining my disappointment . After about 2 hours I had a phone call from a lovely lady from customer services. I explained my frustration with the whole thing. She told me that there had been a error on there side. So on the same day i had my refund and the day after i had the original product i ordered ( free ) as a further apology for the inconvenience . i have been using this company for a while and never had any problems before. Thank you Chloe. xxx

Half of order missing..

Ordered 2 windscreen wiper blades for my car..When delivery came only one was in the box..I have emailed several times and no response..A waste of time phoning as the message says you can wait up to 2 hours..Totally unacceptable.I would never recommend this company to anyone.

Product didn't arrive, no reponse

Product didn't arrive. No communication for 3 months. No refund made. Order was £200 made me wait on the phone for 3 hours then no response. Just pay 20/30 extra and buy elsewhere. Total rip off these guys. Had to contact PayPal to open a case for me. Which they didn't even reply back to. Luckily boight through PayPal who returned my money.

Update: I have been waiting for a response from car parts 4 less for over a month now and now I've left a bad review they decide to respond. They are a joke and the world deserves to know how rubbish this company is. It may say reviewer contacted me but it's all a lie just to show they're doing something. Which I doubt.

Appalling, abysmal, atrocious

This company is absolutely shocking. I placed an order #121-00001019433 for a cabin filter, a battery and paid for next day delivery. There is no mention on the website of splitting deliveries, or next day delivery will take longer, then send a wrong part and contacting them is impossible. Phoning them, you are informed of an average 2 hour wait. I tried and got cut off after 37 minutes each time. Web chat is equally useless, you join a queue and can see your number. Each time I have tried, my number in line was 73. If you allow your screen to go dark, when you open it again, you have lost your position and have to start again.
Emailing them is equally difficult. A standard response is initially received to your email, then nothing. Until, a request for how you rate the service. So far, requests for my reviews have been the only communication received from Car Parts 4 less in response to my request for a return and refund. Happy to oblige a plea for a review.
It could be said they are finding the current situation difficult. However, my experience makes me feel that the systems they have in place are inadequate.
Distance selling has laws to protect the consumer and judging by the number of responses and my experience, Car Parts 4 less appears to be at risk of breaching consumer rights to refund under if notified within 14 days.
Luckily, a local motor factor had the items I needed to complete the work on a key workers car. I absorbed the extra costs and have learned a valuable lesson. Never use Car Parts 4 Less again.
I would not recommend this company in any aspect of the service offered.

Where is our refund carparts4less

My partner purchased an alternator from this company on May 14th 2020 online through PayPal. Weeks later when DHL finally turned up with the alternator my partner refused delivery. He expected an immediate refund as it was in no way his fault that carparts4less couldn't deliver in time. We waited and waited and we still haven't received the refund. After trying everything else, phone calls, emails and messages and their promises to refund the £197.25 we'd parted with in good faith, we realised that they were just giving us the run around. They really are the worst online company ever in my opinion. I suppose the outcome will be to try to get it back through a small claims court. Another thought, since this is an unsolicited loan that we haven't agreed to. I think it's only fair that we receive interest on the amount they are holding on to.

Carparts4less flywheel

Ordered my LUK flywheel on the Monday. Delivered on the Tuesday. Came in plain packaging not the normal yellow LUK box. Everything looked good. Fitted to the car and all good no issues. Will buy again as I paid £181 cheapest anywhere I could find was £250 so brilliant

No customer service

I ordered some oil on the 16th of May, on the 26th the wrong oil arrived, I emailed them on the 27th asking for the correct oil or a refund, I have sent a few more emails and tried the online chat but not heard back, as I no longer expect to hear from them I have opened a dispute with my credit card company.

Customer service is a joke....e-mail sent 28.05 until 18.06 no answer. Chat...the same. I've received only one message "We apologize for keeping you waiting. Our operators are busy at the moment, please leave us a message with your email address and we'll get back to you shortly." I've left my message...no answer.

Appalling customer service.

Appalling customer service.
Purchased a Lion car battery in 2018 which was advertised with a 3 year guarantee.
The battery went flat during early May 2020 and even with 6/8 hours continuous charging, it was flat again 3 days later, showing 11.9 volts on a multimeter.
I first contacted CarParts4Less via email on May 7th. Six weeks later I have still had no response from that email.
I have telephoned CarParts4Less and used the chat service to request a refund and was advised the Colchester branch of Euro Car Parts would have to collect the faulty battery.
After further telephoning to ask for a refund Euro Car parts Colchester finally collected the battery on June 16th.
I rang CarParts4Less again on June 18th to chase my refund and after 36 minutes holding spoke with an operator who placed me on hold again after I advised the expiry date on the card I purchased the battery with had lapsed. 12 minutes later the call was disconnected from CarParts4Less side.
I rang in again. After 27 minutes holding another operator advised it could take another 14 days to issue a refund following the collection of the battery by Euro Car Parts Colchester.
Six weeks on from my original email, the battery therefore has still not been refunded.
I could not be without a vehicle indefinitely and purchased a top specification Yuasa YBX5000 from Tayna Batteries Tel: 01745 823399 on May 14th which arrived within a couple of days.

Just received a free gift from CarParts4Less after purchasing parts for my car. Very happy with the professional service I received.

I definitely WILL be using them in the near future as needed.

DISGUSTED, WHAT A DISGRACE THIS 'COMPANY' IS

Absolutely disgusted by this shambles of a company.

I ordered a battery on the 4th May with a delivery estimate of 3 to 5 days, on the 7th May I received an email advising there had been a delay of 1-2 days which is totally understandable considering the current Covid situation.
However, it got to the 14th May without receiving the battery or anymore information from them, so I emailed asking what was happening - no response. I emailed again on the 20th explaining we are key workers and now desperate to get our car back on the road, no response. I emailed again on the 23rd May telling them we've had to seek an alternative and request a refund, no response. I then emailed AGAIN on the 29th May, NO RESPONSE. Battery then arrived on the 2nd June, almost a month later.

And I've still not had any response from this total shambles of a company.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH THIS SORRY EXCUSE OF A COMPANY.

Terrible service
Ordered a pressure washer and a hosepipe and reel about 6 weeks ago, pressure washer turned up about 5 days later but no hosepipe,then the pressure washer was faulty so retuned about 4 weeks ago,still no hosepipe,like others I tried calling and live chat but it was 2 hours wait,now I still have no hosepipe and no refund issued,,have sent numerous emails with only a couple of replies,one in particular saying I was as good as lyeing saying it was delivered,I now send emails every day until it's sorted,minus 10 review is about right,won't be using them ever again!!

I ordered a battery for next day…

I ordered a battery for next day delivery, I gave them a 1 star rating and had
a phone call from Chloe the next day, was told the courier had forgotten to
Collect the order, Chloe organised a delivery for the same day which duely
Arrived on time, alas another battery arrived the next day with the original
Courier. The goods seem to be good ,but customer services should be prosecuted under the trade description act.
Well done Chloe you did well. You even returned my one day delivery charge.
