Outstanding installation job. David Dunning and his crew are simply outstanding.

Within the last 6 months we have used Carpet Baggers for new hardwood floors downstairs, new carpeting upstairs and a beautiful backsplash in our kitchen. Excellent selection and customer service.

Disappointed with installation. Crew used my wet-vac to clean up and broke one of the attachments. Didn’t tell me; just left it on the table for me to find. They didn’t even do a good job on the clean up. The sales side was better though selection limited for indoor-outdoor carpet and scheduling got done because I called them vs them calling me. I wouldn’t use Carpetbaggers again.

We are very pleased with the flooring and service we received from Carpet Baggers. Glenn was very helpful during the entire process even bringing samples to our house. The flooring we selected was in stock and the installation was scheduled within days of making our decision. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The flooring installer was exceptional! He was very professional, knowledgeable and efficient. This is the second home improvement project I have done using Carpet Baggers and continue to be pleased with the service, selection and quality of work the provide.

Salesman was very knowledgeable about the carpet and padding. Came out to measure, ordered carpet and set up time to install once it arrived. The carpet installers were great. Very polite, made sure they did not scratch my hardwood floors when they moved furniture out of room to be carpeted. After installation of carpet they cleaned up everything and even vacuumed the new carpet. Did great job with carpet around the fireplace. Would recommend Carpet Baggers to anyone who is looking for good carpet and good installation .

My repair job looked beautiful when it was completed, but it took a lot longer than I expected.

great experience from start to end!

Anthony from Carpet Baggers was great as were the installers. There was an issue with the floor boards that the carpet layers identified then stayed late waiting for the carpenter to rectify the problem so that they could finish the job. Anthony came to make sure it was being laid properly and to make sure that I was completely satisfied, which I was! JOB WELL DONE!

Katie and her staff were wonderful and did an exceptional job. I love the work they did throughout my house!

Product selection in the showroom was made very easy, measurement of the space done very quickly and the installation was outstanding, we couldn't be happier. We worked with Nancy for this purchase and installation and she was always available to answer any questions we had and was such a help.

We would definitely recommend Carpet Baggers and would absolutely use them again for future projects.

My experience with Carpetbaggers was excellent. Everyone at Carpetbaggers is so friendly, knowledgeable, professional and accommodating. The installation crew was top-notch.....they were very eager to please ...making sure I was satisfied at each phase of installation. They also were very careful in handling my furniture and they were super at clean up. I love my new floors! Kim Hood was the Sales Associate handling my order and installation.....she made the process pleasant from start to finish.....everything took place just as she said and on schedule.

In spite of everything going wrong that possibly could during the work, I would go back to Carpetbaggers. In fact, this is our 4th round with them.

Glenn is a very personable, conscientious salesman and did everything he could to remedy what became a comedy of errors during the installation of flooring in 4 rooms in our home.

They did a good job were neat and cleaned up after themselves. They did the job in a timely fashion and they were professional in their work and relations to us.

Sales experience started off great but turned high pressure. Expected some floor prep as part of the installation but the team didn't do any, which is apparent in some very soft spots. When I reached out to the sales person about the problems with the installed floor, at first I got a we'll send someone out and then nothing. Completely non-responsive.

The floor looks great. There are places we'll have to pull it up and redo it, Product was great, the overall experience wasn't.

Carpet Baggers sold and installed Luxury Vinyl Planking in my home. The salesperson was courteous and knowledgeable. The installers were professional and polite. The installed floor looks great. The installation was impeccable. I highly recommend this company for your flooring needs.

Very helpful and available. Everyone I have had contact with could not be nicer or more helpful. They were timely with scheduling. Everything was as they said it would be. They were there when they said they would be, which is a big deal in construction, to me anyways.Could not be happier with my flooring.
