They did a good job for me. They went above and beyond to repair my floor that was uneven because my house isn't level.

David Dunning did an awesome job with the customer service and hands on supervision. He explained very thing to me from start to finish. His follow up calls and visits were very appreciative and he answered any questions I had with fast replies. Cleighton and Solomon, although I did not have the opportunity to meet them did a wonderful job. The detail to attention in replacing some of the wood, sanding and finishing show in the final job!! This was by far the most stress freeze part of our entire renovation!!! Oh, and the team did a great job on the carpets to from removing and laying down the new one. Recommendations for Carpet Baggers have already been given and will continue. Thank you so much😁

They were very helpful in the store explaining the difference between the floors and what would be best based on my needs and requirements such a sound, waterproof , durable etc. I put down the deposit the beginning of a week and they had already started by friday and finished on monday. They took away by carpet and cleaned up after themselves. No complaints.

What a excellent experience. Selection was great. Representative was knowledgeable did exactly what he said he would when he said he would. The installers were EXCELLENT, KIND, RESPECTFUL. I would highly recommend Anthony White and Carpet Baggers to anyone! GREAT JOB!

The folks at Carpet Baggers were excellent to work with -- from the initial call, estimate and work! Even when I was having a tough time deciding on which flooring to select, the entire staff looked over my choices and gave me their professional opinion --- and was a great choice! Very quick and professional. The floor looks great and if I ever have any other flooring needs, they will be the first (and only) call I make!

Our experience was great from first meeting to completion. There was a minor mis-communication about the floor underlayment, but that was quickly resolved and the work was completed well and timely. We love our new floors and tile backsplash.
