I was trying to contact your company for a pre-sale pack to enable us to sell my brother's flat, in Dartford as Andrew died last year. Being his Executor, is an honour, but a very trying thing to do, especially as you get older and you are thankful for any help. Having sent a contact note, as the telephone number I had been given by our solicitor was continually busy. Eventually I found another telephone number, not very prominent on your website, where I was put through to Lorren who immediately addressed the issue, sending me the email so I could pay for the pack and then following up telling me the stages it went through and today confirmed that the pack has been sent to our solicitor.
