Due to moving home, I have just completed 2 years as director of a residential estate. In this time we appointed Carringtons to manage the estate after the previous management company were removed due to poor management (to put it mildly); in stark contrast, Carringtons were an absolute pleasure to work with. They are prompt, professional and really do care about the issues and residents. Caitlin and Nicki in particular are fantastic and I cannot recommend them enough.

I have been in discussions with Caitlin and she has been absolutely amazing, she is very professional but she also has a kind heart, she really is a credit to your company, as is Irene who has also been in contact, both ladies are lovely, kind and approachable, I can’t thank them enough for all they have done for me …amazing staff that have made this company of 5 star quality rating xx

Carringtons are useless , they simply ignore emails which don't fit their narrative or agenda, I have reported several times to them about dumped rubbish from neighbours, sent them pictures as evidence ,told them about a neighbour who blocks fire exit in the flat by putting out his clothes airer, also told them about a neighbour who steals electricity from communal electrical sockets in our block of flats but they don't care and don't nothing about it, the problems have not stopped and still continuing so some others neighbours in the block decided we shall too steal electricity if there's no consquences for the neighbour who's the first to steal the electricity.

I have always found the staff at Carringtons very helpful with any queries I have.

I have working with Carringtons regularly over the last 8 years regarding the management of our mansion block in north London. As one of the residents, and directors of the block, I have frequently called upon Carringtons to arrange and organise a huge number of various jobs.

I have always found them extremely approachable, friendly and efficient, despite their huge work load. In particular, Diane Leverett, who is our main point of contact has been excellent! She has learnt the mansion block, understood the main issues and helped with sorting out a whole of both simple and complex issues, and always with great diplomacy.

Caitlin Stevens has also been extremely efficient with handling things in Diane’s absence and also with paperwork regarding the sale of our flat.
