Breach of contract by wireless broadband supplier
I was offered a contract for fast wireless broadband and signed a 2 year contract. When the new router was set up the speed was very poor indeed and nothing like the speed that they had offered. I refused to pay the suppliers invoices on the grounds of breach of contract by the supplier. I got nowhere with the supplier and eventually, the supplier senr their account to C A R S. They accepted my complaint and the demand for payment was eventually withdrawn

I'm not saying the whole thing has been 5* , because I'm still midway through the debt collection process, but just wanted to say that the WhatsApp message method is so good, relaxing and saves so much time. Generally speaking, you have to wait on hold for ages. Or speak to a bot that doesn't offer the choices you want, or understand what you're saying. This bot (possibly human) that you could just send normal messages to was great and sorted it out straightaway, minimal effort, took a few seconds :)

When I explained my situation as a poor student who is struggling financially and having to deal with this new debt; the phone agent laughed at my situation while on the phone. This really upset me and I had to raise a complaint with the manager, this is a disgusting company and the agent needs firing.

This company is a very helpful go between to liaise between lenders and creditors. when my car insurance ended with the company i was with for 12 months, the car insurance company took it upon them selfs to automatically renew it for another 12 monthes against my wishes. this left me paying out for 2 car insurances as i had already renewed my car insurance with a new insurance company.carsuk.org worked very hard and got the unautharised insurance quashed for me, they were very patient an courtious.thankyou all at CARS for the help.

This company are a very helpful go between to liaise between lenders and creditors when things become a struggle. They can take a day or two to reply by email and you don't always get the same person replying back, so have to sometimes go through things again. But thankfully I then was contacted by Callum who has been great and worked out a plan with my lender and myself and has been really great and I can now see a light at the end of the tunnel.

Absolute scam do not trust this company/outfit
Absolute scam. Said I owed money on a three contract which was cancelled months prior and upgraded with three, kept harassing me emails letters etc I went into the three store to confirm this and there was no remaining balances or payments due on my account and I was advised by the manager to go to my bank and report as fraudulent. Do not pay this company any money❗️‼️❗️‼️
