On and Off Switch Could Be Improved
Works fine. I'd prefer the on/off press buttons were raised a little. Can be tricky to press correctly sometimes. This particular model is a budget price so there's nothing fancy.

Carvaka’s customer service is awesome! There was a delay with delivery and Carvaka customer service got back to me quickly with the reasons (not Carvaka’s fault nor Royal Mail’s; just one of those things that happen). Then this morning I got another email from Carvaka to thank me for my patience and to let me know my parcel was arriving today. It’s late but as is life; it’s just nice to know that Carvaka care enough about their customers to go the extra mile in keeping me updated with the progress of my order. Definitely be ordering from them again!
