very disappointing
try sending them an e-mail, none of their mailaddresses are working. After they changed their EULA and privacy terms I did not want to use their service anymore, on the website they said I needed to direct a mail to refunds(at)cashu.com : non-existing mail address. I forwarded the cancellation mail to info(at)cashu.com & support(at)cashu.com : failure notices because none of these mail addresses exist !
Win - lose online billing with many ways to deduct your money monthly
They made sure in their rules which you accept when you join them, and also on their pages that If you don't use your account for 120 days (which means if you don't buy anything using their online payment service), they deduct 1 USD as a dormancy fee and they keep doing so EVERY month until you place a purchase again using their payment service or you will loose all your money month after month. And as if that is not enough to steal your money, they have also a maintainance fee every year which they deduct from all their customer, which I think is also 1 USD. Huh, talk about stealing.
This business model is called lose win model. Customers lose, company wins.
Instead of trying to keep you as a customer for future, they made me run away after I lost all my money. Both ways, they have your money, but with this model they won't have many local customers unless someone is forced to use their company (from middle East countries for example). However I am sure as soon as they find an alternative, they will move away.
Why I used their payment, because once a company I wanted to place a purchase didn't have any other options (I was forced), Now I am sure I will never use their service again.
