I wish there was a rating below this which I could select for CashU. They are completely unreliable and not trustworthy when it comes to remitting merchant's payout. They unreasonably withhold payout in the name of useless excuses.

I have been using CASHU since 2017, my favorite payment option on many websites because of their security and speed.
The support is just amazing, you can reach them easily in no time.

CASHU provided multiple products, prepaid cards which helped me to shop online easily.

I have heard about CASHU from a friend of mine at 2013 and since then i have been using it , It was the perfect solution for many problems , CASHU development was really impressive during the last 6 years as i felt , and their new application is really awesome and user friendly i would really recommend CASHU for all my friends specially with their virtual master card it has literally captured my mind .

A brilliant improvement in CASHU has been occurring recently! The new services they've been providing are really fulfilling our needs... starting from their prepaid virtual Mastercard, to the amazing services being added to their Mobile App; like the multi top-up options, non-reloadable virtual Mastercard, the money transfer service and the in-app purchases. I'm able to use all that at any time while I'm laying down on my recliner! Also, following their Social Media channels, I can sense that more incredible services are on the way! They're sending hints and teasers about plastic Mastercard and something related to Cryptocurrency! I can't wait to see what's next! Way to go CASHU, you're indeed a leader in the region! <3

CASHU Services are becoming unique!

I have been using it since 2016 and I am now feeling the difference.

In addition to using CASHU as a payment option on many websites, they offer Mastercards that suit most of clients needs.

Wallet funding options are now much more diverse than before. They also have a great Customer Support.

My experience with CASHU is perfect and I wish them all success!

They have serious funding problem, don't do payout to their merchants.

Cashu deny to payout our earnings since 2016. And no reply or attention.

We are a game development company and they extort our hard earned money. We sent several emails and formal letters. But still nothing!

Be aware!!

CASHU is a FRAUD! They havent paid any of their merchants since 2016. They are holding onto all the merchants funds and refusing payment. I contacted their legal department and they said we are located in Singapore, sue us, good luck. They are hiding behind the Singapore Government refusing to pay their merchants. HUGE FRAUD!!!

Partners LLC by owing and failing to pay us over US$20,000 for more than 3 months and gave no indication of paying us at all. BE AWARE!

Stay away from this site. Site keeps crashing. My ID took so long to get validated. So many bugs on the site, One I use the money I have I won't add any money and leave the site. People should be more careful joining this site and please read the agreement before you check that "I agree" box.

I had a problem where they charged my account with a maintenance bill without warning, I requested for it to be cancelled and my account to be deleted - I did not recall opening the account. They were very happy to comply - response to around 48 hours - with no more effort needed on my part. The money was never charged and my account was deleted. Good customer service.

We work with them as Merchant. After long term cooperation they just do not want to transfer the remain CashU balance to bank account, they trying to find different reasons not to transfer funds. They want the proof that I’m real owner of the company, the shares at my name, all docs at my name and they still want some proof!!! Cashu not transferring funds already 7 months
Absolute SCAM be careful!!!
