The engineer (Steve) was very thorough and professional. He came across as friendly and knowledgeable. We will definitely be using Wilson’s Plumbing & Heating Ltd again for our next service.

Craig explained all options clearly regarding fitting a new boiler, chose to go ahead and work commenced only a week later. Ross fitted the boiler, removed the old cylinder and loft tanks, laid new pipework and was always friendly and polite. All work completed to an exceptional standard and any mess cleared away before leaving. Couldn't be happier with the results. Big thank you to all the team at Wilson Plumbing and Heating.

Great service. Within 24 hours we had a new boiler up and running and was fair priced. Ross was a great help showing us how the system worked and was quick installing the new system.

From our initial contact with Craig the whole process was completed very quickly, from diagnosing the problem to installing a new boiler. Ross arrived exactly when he said he would and was very professional and friendly. He worked very quickly and tidily, and left the place spotless. He also took the time to explain the new boiler controls and thermostat. We were left with a file with all the necessary paperwork and instructions in. I've used Wilson multiple times and every time they've been exceptional.
Ross is an assett to the team and has been out the last two times, hes polite, friendly and efficient. We moved in to a bungalow that had the hot and cold back to front (not ideal having a hot toilet triggering the boiler whenever you flush!) He managed to remove the tiles obstructing the pipes neatly, squeezed himself into a gap and put it the right way!
Absolutely cannot fault their professionalism as a company.

New boiler installed by Ross completed with great efficiency. He and his mate worked tirelessly and finished the job within the allocated hours. These are two of the best workers I have seen in a long time. Very highly recommended.

Had a new boiler fitted last week by Ross. Very neat job, he rectified some problems done by a previous installer, a pipe was not fully soldered and was potentially leaking gas!

Also had new gas line and regulator installed by Ryan, again very neat job.

Start to finish everything was done in 5 hours. Great service, highly recommended.

Yesterday I had a water leak wetting the wall of my dining room. I rang Diane and she helpfully sent an engineer within the hour to my address. Ross the engineer saw the leak was from under the bath so had to remove part of the side. The leak stopped, I had water for the evening and further damage was reduced. I can't thank them enough!

Great service we only contacted them on Wednesday to supply and fit a new shower ours was leaking they had the job finished on Friday lunchtime no mess good workmanship by Ryan overall a 5 Star service.
