Rang Cell pack solutions when I needed a replacement lithium battery for my gas fire , so glad I did. They were helpful and courteous gave me so much information and advice I wasn’t aware of and an alternative solution for my requirements which was delivered 2 days later. Excellent service.

Quick and efficient. Item as described

Great service

Excessive time in despatching the goods.
Courier cost was almost the same as the price of the 2 AA batteries, ridiculous.
I Understand that they can’t be sent by Royal Mail, but just seems a lot for a courier.

Goods not yet arrived after a week. Delivery service (UPS) is hopeless. You need to change them.
After this review Cell Pack Solutions sorted out the delays and my parcel has been delivered. Their service has been very good

Product is great and works a treat- no complaints with Cellpack or the battery. The issue comes with the use of Parcelforce. Waited in all day for delivery- it never came. After enquiring was told I wasn't at home after all and the parcel had been taken to a local Post Office. I had no failed delivery card from Parcelforce so Cellpack had to give me the tracking number.
Arranged for redelivery. Waited in again but not delivered and again, no calling card left. Ended up collecting it myself from the Post Office almost a week later and with no attempted delivery whatsoever by Parcelforce.
Cellpack were great but they need to use a better delivery company than Parcelforce, who were beyond appalling.

batteries delivered on time as expected

Service was excellent, Delivery by UPS was a joke. they didn't even knock the door as i was in all day and ended up driving 3miles to collect my parcel from a post office when i paid for delivery.

Once I found a supplier for my specilaist batteries,I was given a speedly service for my custom made batteries. Over many months trying to find new batteries,I nealy gave up till I was pointed to your Company.Excellent work

Quick turnaround for machine battery.

Was looking for a replacement battery pack for my gas fire and found it here. I was also given an alternative option which would take standard batterys I could replace without the need to buy another non rechargeable lithium pack, which I decided to try.
It was delivered promptly and much to my relief does the job intended and now have the knowledge when it stopes working it just needs 6 AA batterys replacing.

EFFICIENT SERVICE ORDERING AND PAYING, BUT HAVING PAID £7.50 for next day delivery with UBS my package did not arrive until the following week after numerous calls to them!!! Do I request payback of my £7.50 from you or UBS???
