A rather obscure replacement battery for a LifeFitness exercise bike was in stock and was delivered within two days. No complaints with the service.

I ordered a replacement battery for a burgler alarm via the website, the order was processed and dispatched promptly, very happy with the service. Would happily use Cell Pack Solutions again.

The company uses UPS for delivery and they couldn't not run the tracking system correctly. Firstly my delivery was going to be on a set day before 7pm then at 2pm the delivery was going to be between 8.45 am and 12.45 pm on that same day (time had obviously already passed!!) .the following day tracking said my parcel could not be collected (how then could they give the first two E.T.A s ) this lasted 2 days then after my complaint I received an email from UPS I replied and amazingly my parcel turned up within the hour . Cell Pack Solutions are OK but need to change the courier as for that sort of service £ charged for delivery is horrific.

Had the battery packs for 10 days now. They seem to work well.
Good price too.
Marked 4 stars due to lead time, but they do tell you this upfront as they’re made to order.

First class service excellent delivery time and the battery pack was a good fit. When installed the Bath lift works like new.

Ordered a plug adaptor for a charger. I needed it urgently after accidentally throwing away the box with the original order away (totally my wife's fault, but let's not go there!)

The Yu lite batteries arrived very soon after I placed my order, three days earlier than predicted in fact. The packaging was very protective. The batteries were not individually packaged but the company did stipulate that, in their description of the product. When tested each cell registered in excess of 1.2 volts and a charge of 9+ amps; while the voltage appears normal, based on the result of the amperage reading it is possible that I may need to replace my multi meter. The pack has not been assembled yet so the collective worth of the batteries cannot be determined, but after soldering strips to the positive caps in preparation, I can state that the readings remain consistent so have no worries that the remaining solder joints will cause a problem,; unless of course I do something stupid such as holding the iron to the join for an extensive time. a quickly applied tinning coat to the caps allows a very quick join. After light scrubbing with a scotch pad and a slight application of Rosin flux, the caps take a tinning coat readily and quickly, thus minimising the risk of heat damage; a hot iron quickly applied seems to effect quickest and most efficient heat dissipation when attaching tabs or wires, hence the tinning in preparation.
