Left a review in March and they said that they had contacted trudtpikot to get further information - what a load of twaddle! They haven’t had the decency to investigate this further or get in touch.

After such an awful experience and the loss of my funds, I was relieved to be able to share my side without feeling judged. My case officer Cj Sharkey, has been prompt and extremely helpful and now I feel better knowing my case has priority and it's being taken care of.

Dues the phone i had with Fay Hornby and the informations I had given, I was delighted with the outcome and the facts its has excepted to take on my case. As I strongly recommend the service I have received.

I Had a case with CEL solicitors about a crypto fraud, but they only managed to recover about 60% and even after recover 60% they charged me over 50% in fee, which is didn't know or explained properly that includes premium insurance that i was told over the phone after about three different Solicitors that took my case changed over from one into nother! And even after the claim was very quick I haven't got a report that they done a search on crypto trace that deducted from my claim £1800, how do I know that they did that!!? Like I said as well as the premium insurance i was told that I won't have to pay over the phone!! I did expect to be paying them between 25-30% not over 50% of the claim! Very disappointing and not very clear how did they recover my money!! I had to accept as I was in very bad situation financially! As soon as I did accept i never even had an email as they normally do ask for a review!! Hope it will help the others! Well if your staff can't do there job properly why should I pay for it!
