Great Bank for Multi Currency! Very helpful staff. I have been using Centtrip for the last 3 years as a multi currency bank and would highly recommend.

Its simple to buy currency and then place it on your card to use in which ever country you visit.
Very Poor service, cost me money dealing with this company. errors that shouldn't be happening form a company in this field.

I have applied to open an account with them, sent all the documentation ( UK driving license) and received an email from them saying that my application was unsuccessful with the following message.
Unfortunately, based on the details you have provided, we are unable to open an account for you.
I’m not british, I’m European. So I don’t recommend this company, I will report to financial authority as there is no explanation why, nor which documents is missing if this is the case.

I've had a Centtrip Card for some years now and found it an excellent product. What particularly impresses me is how quickly minor problems or uncertainties are dealt with: an email invariably prompts an immediate amd helpful response.
My wife and I have had accounts with Centtrip now for nearly 3 years. and there service has always been fantastic.
Example: On a small Greek island, the ATM swallowed my card and then promptly packed up altogether. The local bank was useless, said I should phone their outsourced iT maintenance company (!)
I called Centtrip, they confirmed nothing had been debited but they could see the failed transaction. They immediately cancelled the card and transferred the Euros and US$s that were on it back into GB£s (at the spot rate of course) and loaded it all back into my UK bank. All done in minutes, with a new Centtrip waiting for me on our return. No drama, no fees, just excellent service.
I have been with Centtrip for just under half a year now and I don't know how I could live without it. The multi-currency account and wallet makes buying currency (at the market rate no less) extremely convenient and stress free, payments are done quickly and travel has just been made easier as I can now load foreign currencies onto my wallet and use it as if I had a local card. On top of all this, their customer service is second to none, everyone I have talked to has been incredibly helpful, efficient and it's actually been a pleasure to get in touch with them. Couldn't recommend Centtrip more!
I have been with Centtrip for 2 years now and have had the most positive experience I could have hoped for with a bank. Not only does the multi currency account fit my lifestyle perfectly, the ease of using the app and the efficiency and helpfulness of the customer service team totally exceeded my expectations from day one with set up and consistently since.
On a more personal note; I had been involved in an internet scam in which a significant amount of money was transferred and I thought that as it was my mistake and trusting nature that put me in the situation in the first place that it would be completely written off, nope! Centtrip from day one listened and put in the leg work to ensure that the money was able to be returned to me as well as checking in with me regularly with updates and reassurances and quite honestly restoring my faith in humanity and corporations. Thanks so much to the Centtrip employees involved in helping me (you know who you are). I and every one I know using Centtrip have had nothing but positive experiences, no reservations in recommending!!!
Always forget to put the reference when transferring money to Centtrip! Sam is always able to sort it out for me. No issues with this company, exchange rates are great, cards are easy to use and work in 90% of the places I go. New contactless cards are a bonus. I have recommended Centtrip to work colleagues and business partners and will continue to do so.
Customer service was second to none. We had issues with our cards and Jack responded to our E-mails in a timely manner and was able to answer our query’s efficiently and resolve the issues.

CENTTRIP is the perfect card if you are busy travelling around the world. It is really easy to use, it looks smart, has the best rates available and it makes an impression when you do your payments.
