Delivery to switzerland always slow
Delivery to switzerland always slow. It always takes many more days than described at the moment of check out.
Edit: upgraded to two stars because customer care is good and products always arrive anyway. But wanted to point this out: better to know products will take longer, than having the expectation of them arriving soon and then having to wait.

Where is my package?
I am trying to understand why the Hermes courrier has received the parcel but for 48 hours the status has not updated. In the Chain reaction site under customer service I have not found a clear emails address were to ask for info on the status.
