I bought the item mainly because of tubless tire and chain tools. Other tools are not so practical because they are short (allen keys). And I think cca 50 € is a bit pricey.

The shipment arrived too late. "Priority" option was paid and shipment arrived after 8 work days instead of advertised "within 5". If I knew there's no difference I wouldn't have ordered from Crcycles and definitely wouldn't have paid more for shipping

Prices are good but poor support
Prices are good. However, parcel us stuck at the national hub since a week. No customer support available, just an automatic reply, which was not helpful.

KMC X9 as noname. Torque wrench without factory calibration sheet
KMC X9 chain ordered. It came in Noname-package. Plastic box was missing. Torque wrench didn‘t come with calibration certificate (factory document).

I’m really sorry to hear that you are disappointed that the item you received did not come in the official retail packaging, Most of the items we sell arrive in individual commercial retail packaging however we do get some of our items in bulk packaging which we split into individual boxes for sale. This can happen when our supplier sells us an item which originally was intended for another use (i.e. to be used on the factory floor to build onto bikes etc...).
The only difference in these items is the packaging and the actual items are identical to those sold in the retail packaging. As we have bought this item in bulk we can pass additional savings onto our customers.
