No exchange for clothes which do not fit. Such a shame as 99% of companies offer this. I would have been happy to pay a fee for it.

Thanks for your feedback. We do not offer exchanges sadly unless the goods are faulty, or wrong items are delivered. If you need a different size or another style you will need to place a new order. You have 365 days from the day of ordering to return any unused items and receive a refund.

No next day delivery as promised
No next day delivery as promised. I had to buy a compensation and did refuse DHL delivery 3 days later.
I hope to get a full refund once the package arrives back at sellers stock.

A wrong product was shipped
A wrong product was shipped. Now I have to fill out a request to send the package back and check how to return the item. In the meantime my ordered item is out if stock. That went terrible wrong. Now I have all the work to hopefully get my money back. I think the guys did not realize that it was their fault sending me an item of a wrong size, a wrong type and different manufacturer then ordered. I am done with this shop and recommend it to you as well.

Great product but won't order here again
Great product, but crazy delivery fee AND import charges. When I bought these cycling leggings I already knew that I would have to pay 29 CHF in delivery cost. I decided to pay 1 Frank extra to get "next day delivery", but in the end it still took 4 days. And then I got a nice "surprise", having to pay import fees of another 30 CHF. This means I paid 60 CHF on a 75 CHF pair of leggings. Won't do that again, no matter how good the product.
