I bought the item mainly because of tubless tire and chain tools. Other tools are not so practical because they are short (allen keys). And I think cca 50 € is a bit pricey.

Return costs 11 EUR from Germany

Got charged 11 EUR for returning a small item from Germany. The return fees are nowhere to be found on their website before attempting a return.

waiting for my delivery for more than 2…

waiting for my delivery for more than 2 weeks now. no updates. please just let me know if it's gonna take another month or whatever. not knowing is bad, delayed delivery but knowing is way better!

Poor postage communication and transparency.

I am very surprised that I have been asked for feedback when I am yet to receive my bike that I ordered almost 20 days ago.
I very much doubt that I am to receive it by xmas.
Of course I am very aware that Covid and Brexit makes delivery much harder, however I was not made aware of this before purchasing.
I purchased the bike on a German website, so I thought that it was coming form Germany. If not - it would have been beneficial to have been told this at the time of purchase. Furthermore it would have been good company policy to inform the purchaser of any expected delays.
I would not have made the purchase if I had known that this would take nearly 3 weeks, let alone possibly up to month.

For the entire 20 days, there was no communication that I did not start myself. The order said 'processing order' for almost 2 weeks, until I made contact. The order still has not made it to Germany for processing.

I can understand the disrupted postage for obvious reasons.
What I am very disappointed about is the poor level of transparency by such a large company with a top reputation. I chose chain because of this.

I would have given 2 stars if not for the quick response by the support when I made questions as to my order.

Delivery time tooo long

Delivery time, toooo long. Not enough information for tracking it in your portal and by the parcel's service. I though the product was lost or not sent.
The delivery date was displaced three times and the package was open. I guess by customs, but the product was not damaged.
In the other hand. The product full fills 100% my expectatives and the price was very good.

Great price

Great price. Little hiccups with Hermes tracking number at the start. Overall flawless delivery on par with expected timing.

Unacceptable..

I have received 2 different tracking numbers for my order, the first number showed that the parcel had been returned to the sender, and the second tracking number did not show any status.

I have not received any a reply, therefore I will be cancelling my order!
