So far the process has been great. Gary presented himself and his company very professionally and provided plenty of information for us to feel we could make a well informed decision to go with Chancellors. We had a moment of panic when another estate agent rang us to personally strongly advise against going with Chancellors but I contacted Gary and he had plenty of facts to reassure us. Our house is now under offer and we’ve put our own offer onto a property out of area via another estate agent. Even now Gary is supporting and advising us. In particular liaising with the vendor’s agent when we were not given the full facts about our vendors position.
I have every confidence our sake will go well.

After a enquiry into a property, we had a lovely lady called Sarah visit us to advise us on our options and the value of our current place. Sarah was amazing in her advice, as well as knowing who to refer us onto for the things that weren't her expertise.

An absolute pleasure to be working with Chancellors Estate Agents and particularly with April and Sarah.
April instantly put us at ease and gave us the confidence to go ahead with the retirement flat purchase for Dad during what has been one of the most challenging and emotional chapters of all of our lives. Nothing ever seems to be to much trouble and no question is to silly to ask - and I've asked a few!
The follow up care and attention to detail have been faultless and they really have gone above and beyond.
One of them is always at the end of the phone and if they are away from their desk they always call back.

We were "difficult" customers in that we had a fairly tight budget to work with, but Sarah understood our situation and continued to offer support and advise throughout, and a weekly call was very much appreciated to just know we hadn't been forgotten about.

We had the pleasure of doing 4 house viewings in the Fleet blue triangle area today with Ms. Melissa Hill from Chancellors Fleet office. We can't speak enough about her professionalism, dedication and drive for he job. Right from the time I called her in the previous week for getting the viewings I have been impressed with her ability to go over and beyond. She planned all the viewing in a thoughtful manner, all within a 2 hour window. The viewing route was organised to highlight various pros and cons of choosing each where the pros got progressively better for our needs. She was patient with each viewing highlight all aspects of the properties and not rushing us. Also being patient with old grumpy 4 yr old who was not in his best elements. All covid restrictions were very diligently managed. We would recommend Chancellors Fleet and Melissa if you are looking to buy your next home in Fleet.
We concluded our day considering making an offer on one of the properties. Thank you and well done !

Communication was excellent and had full confidence from start to finish in their ability to sell my home and find the right purchaser. Eve Clark from the sales progression team went above and beyond to ensure that I was kept informed of progress throughout the sale.
She was my link between the solicitors and she chased them at each stage to ensure that the sale ran smoothly. The most important thing for me throughout the process was to be kept in the loop and her communication was excellent

From the start of the selling process to completion Chancellors have provided an excellent service. They were always at the end of the phone or an e mail when we needed information or help.
Selling and buying a house is a stressful process but they have helped to make it go smoothly and with limited stress!!

Having already been through the frustrating experience of a house falling through with a different estate agent, who managed our expectations poorly...
Chancellors Fleet team were a breath of fresh air & slick operators. Sarah and Paul B were great, they were pro-active with communication, managed our expectations well and applied appropriate pressure to solicitors/chain when needed to get our purchase over the line. Can't speak highly enough of them.

Professional & commercial service - Chancellors makes good use of technology in marketing & admin. The staff team are good sales people & work as a team effectively. They were also sensitive to my dad being elderly & minimised disruption to him. We were kept up to date with progress regularly. They have achieved a good outcome for my father.
