Chancellors of Fleet have provided excellent all round service from start to finish. The communication between them as a team was very strong which made the whole process super efficient and easy for me to follow and feel confident in each step of the way.

I swapped over to Chancellors after a few months with another estate agent. They arranged a number of viewings in the 3 weeks or so that I was with them and now I have accepted an offer which was not quite what I was hoping for but close enough to be acceptable.
I was also pleased that I took advantage of their introductory offer of 0% commission.

Sarah Turner (Fleet office) was great, Sarah helped us to find the right house after we gave her all the details of what we were looking for, I would recommend Sarah to any one looking a house. She told us if the house needed any work and even told us about the area, schools, shops etc. Thank you Sarah for being honest with us, much appreciated.

Chancellors in Fleet recently took on my property for sale. I previously have sold property with two other local agencies. The difference was clearly apparent. Sarah Turner advised us on a price that was slightly higher than the price I thought we would achieve. Within two weeks of going sold we had 3 offers, 2 of which where above my price. Sarah pushed the buyers for their best offer which we accepted. Other agencies have asked to reduce the price after a month when they weren’t getting any reasonable offers. S

We used Chancellors new office in Fleet as 0% commission was on offer. Despite this, the advice, guidance and help we received from both Paul and Sarah was exceptional. We were constantly kept up to date with the progress of the sale of our house and whenever we called either one of them both gave us the time we needed to talk. Definitely recommend due to the professional yet friendly service.

It has been many years since I last had need of an estate agent -things have changed and especially so in these COVID conditions. My review is mixed - I appreciate how difficult it is to do business in these uncertain times, I also felt I did not know the game plan.
My first contact with Paul and Sarah was lovely, professional and trustworthy. My offer was accepted after 2 x 20 min viewings, and the issues -for me- began. The contracts had to be exchanged within 3 weeks -no surveyor could even visit the site for 3-4 weeks! I was informed by email this date had been mutually agreed- not!- also I needed to communicate with everyone as miracles could not happen unless I did so. I tried telephoning, as did the conveyancer and surveyor. A new office meant no one on site, the messages left at HeadOffice were not conveyed. The building survey brought up big issues, I could not seek advice and Bank Holiday was imminent. The survey had not been produced until the night I had been due to exchange. Overwhelmed and unsure, I withdrew from the purchase. Sarah asked did ask if wished to negotiate but I personally felt I had wasted so much time and other people were eager to move on. I heard 2 days later that Paul was still speaking to the vendors re how close I was to sealing the deal. I had not believed I was in with a chance, but Paul and Sarah worked miracles - and the purchase was completed.
Paul and Sarah made this sale happen, they worked behind the scene and negotiated on my behalf, unknown to me. Paul in particular showed great patience and empathy.
The day before I completed I was contacted by Head Office offering congratulations and help finding contractors for works on the new property - the first contractor was in touch within 4 hours - but saying he was too busy to take on any further work.

Megan at Chancellors has been a brilliant help in selling our house. She is incredibly friendly and has done a fantastic job with all our viewings. She has kept us updated on feedback throughout the whole process and always ways to reach. I’d highly recommend Chancellors for selling a house.
