A refreshing change to meet a lovely lady estate agent who listens sincerely and makes you feel like you have time to look around and query the property, without feeling like a pain for asking questions. The representative of Chancellors, Kington, Andrew Mapp, did an excellent job in presenting the Old Post Office, conducting viewings with good knowledge of not only the property, but also the location, facilities and my requirements. I was particularly impressed on the second viewing that he taken trouble to provide printed material relating to classic car clubs and events and had researched the opportunities available for me to house my cars in the barn of a nearby property. This was all very appealing and service over and above expectations. It is certainly not the lack of a thoroughly professional approach by Andrew that I chose to proceed with another property which provided certain attributes that the Old Post Office could not meet. During my recent property search I viewed in excess of 30 properties and I have to say that the service provided by Chancellors was not exceeded by any, and in fact many others fell well short of the standard I would regard as acceptable.

Very Good helpful Rental Team, who take time to ensure your property is rented in a good time period and keep you well informed during the entire process.

Both Evie and Alyce take pride in their work and are professional, reliable and also proactive.

Evie was amazing. Incredibly professional and understood our needs. She was there to greet us at the first property and even though were an hour late she didn't rush us through. She showed us round both properties then left us to look as well. She was really informative of local amenities and local services in the area. She is an asset to your company

There were problems with getting the particulars correct at the start of the process, but apart from that, it has gone smoothly. I did have to chase the agency to get updates once the offer had been accepted, rather than getting information from them. Overall it has been a positive experience dealing with Andy Mapp and Charlotte Hobbs, am now just thankful that it is finally finished.
