We are part -way along our purchase journey and have dealt with 2 members of Chancellors team from Llandrindod Wells.

Sophie Crane hosted our viewing of the property and was professional, friendly and courteous.

There was no pressure placed upon us to rush the viewing and we were allowed to roam freely within the property and take our time to identify particular features.

Sophie answered all our questions and agreed to establish specific information when back in the office. This information was provided virtually immediately on her return.

Developing a good but professional relationship with an agent is crucial and takes considerable pressure off a buyer.

Since viewing Sophie has assisted in moving our service on speedily and efficiently. Well done.

Amanda is always friendly and helpful - nothing is ever too much trouble and I always enjoy our calls. She recently managed to get me 3 nicely spaced viewings on the same day - nothing short of a miracle!

Staff are always approachable and friendly. The regular phone calls to keep customers informed are good. Feedback after a viewing is prompt and honest.
Branch could do with more staff as at times the office has to close to facilitate viewings.
Retaining good staff needs better remuneration.

My initial contact was by phone to the Chancellors head office where Melody was extremely helpful, friendly and positive. She put me in touch with Ivy at the Llandrindod office. Ivy listened carefully to my slightly unusual requests and sent the relevant details by e-mail. She was due to be on holiday so an appointment was made for the following week for me to visit 4 properties of interest. Despite being on holiday Ivy confirmed the visits in a most professional manner. She accompanied me on the visits with fair and sincere information and recommendations regarding the properties in question. She had all the information to hand both about the properties themselves and about the area. At no time did I feel rushed or under pressure. I would recommend Ivy at Chancellors to anyone interested in buying property in Llandrindod or the surrounding area.

Agents were most helpful in arranging a time to suit us. Ivy arrived on time to show us around. She was very pleasant to deal with and had good local knowledge. When I rang the next day to say that we had chosen another property, she was again very pleasant and understanding. The only thing that let the agents down was that couldn't send a brochure to me before viewing..otherwise excellent.

Dealings with the Sales Assistant have been excellent. We have been kept well informed on a weekly basis as to the status of the property on the market

Our experience of the house viewing was enhanced by the very patient, efficient, pleasant and knowledgeable agent who showed us round. Information she didnt have to hand was made available very quicklyas . I can definiately recommend. Gill
