Chancellors was very easy to deal with. It was easy to organise a viewing and the agent (Ivy Geere) was very helpful when showing us around the property. Ivy also advised us of another property the company had on its books, which we also went to view. The next day she was prompt in asking for feedback. A very professional organisation.

So far I have been very impressed with the service we have received. We have been dealing with Ivy who is a very polite, extremely helpful lady. The process is always much nicer with someone so approachable.

We have recently started dealing with Chancellors in Llandrindod Wells for the viewings of properties and now a purchase.
We have mainly dealt with Ivy Geere who is an absolute star. Ivy is extremely helpful and responsive and has my type of sense of humour! Ivy is quick to answer any questions and to even point things out beforehand that saves us calling her to ask what, when or why. Ivy is very on the ball and a credit to the company, she just needs a little help with her parking skills !!
I would most definitely recommend Chancellors to everyone. So far everything has been thoroughly explained, even in laymen's terms when I have needed it to be!
Everyone we have dealt with at the branch with has been very helpful and polite and they all appear to really enjoy their job. This is not always the case as we have experienced in the past with different Estate Agents!
