They are dealing with The Waypoint Maidenhead. I would suggest them not to continue their partnership with this the waypoint maidenhead. Avoid this the waypoint company. Extremely unprofessional, poor communication, and terrible customer service. It has been over a month, and we are still waiting for the return of our holding deposit despite repeatedly chasing them. This has been one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve had. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Chris and Shannon have been very helpful in helping us find a new home and very easy to deal with.

I had a really great experience finding a new rental with the local Chancellors team. Chris showed me my new property and was really open and genuine. Shannon was really on it organised sorting out any issues and ensuring everything was in order. She checked the house called me regularly to keep in touch and was really knowledgeable and clear. Very much appreciate the experience.

Chris was really helpful and easy to get on with he allways phoned back with the info that I requested, and after seeing the accommodation he offered me a lift to the Station.
In my book he would come highly recommended

Chris from Chancellors letting department helped us as we tried to find a retirement rental property for my elderly mum. He is excellent at his job! He responded to our request quickly, had all the background about the property and so could answer all our questions, and was friendly, efficient and really helped us out.
