We first dealt with Chancellors roughly three years ago when we took on our initial tenancy agreement through them.

On that occasion, Sami Harrison was our main point of contact and she provided absolutely fantastic service – responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process.

This time around, when it came to extending the tenancy, we worked with Emilia Williams, who was equally impressive. She handled everything smoothly, and made what can often be a stressful procedure completely straightforward.

We had a great experience working with Emilia as she communicated clearly and consistently. Our situation was a bit complicated as it required a third signature and we struggled to get that done timeously but Emilia remained patient and was pleasant to talk to on the phone even offering alternatives. In the end we achieved the goal and we are grateful for that.

I’ve lived in Royal Winchester House for over two years, and Kelicity from Chancellors has been consistently professional, kind, and responsible. From my first tenancy to switching to my second, she handled almost everything within half a day. I feel very comfortable being part of this community, and I highly recommend Kelicity and the services provided by Chancellors.

Our experience with Winchester House has not been a good one, there is a long list of issues, here we just name a few to illustrate our point, the condition of the flat was far from being satisfactory at the time we moved in, firstly the handle of the only window in the sitting room was broken, it took them more than 6 months to get it fixed, during which time we couldn’t open the window to let in fresh air. Secondly the shower of the en suite didn’t drain properly, they did come a number of times to try to solve the problem but the problem didn’t go away, it kept blocking, so in the last few months of the tenancy we finally gave up and used the family bathroom alone for shower. There’s also issue with the TV antenna, which took them 6 weeks to fix it, that means we’d been deprived of the enjoyment of watching tv for this period of time. Ironically they had the temerity to increase our rent, despite our protest, they nevertheless increased our rent and it was for this reason we discontinued the tenancy. However dissatisfied we were, there’s this one saving grace, they had a great team of staff, in particular, Aleks the manager, he is friendly, helpful, and quick responsive. In our case, we understand that most of the issues are out of his control, but he did what he got to get through our problems. Another member of staff deserves praise is Amelia who went out of her way to help us extend the tenancy when we encountered delays with moving home. Our thumb ups to both of them.

Great communication and help finding a place

This was my first time using an estate agent to rent a property, and the experience was excellent. Felicity was very responsive to all my emails and provided clear, concise explanations throughout the process. Additionally, Emilia made the house viewing experience enjoyable for my daughter and me.
Overall, we are very pleased with the support we received.
