My partner and I had moved to the UK last year, and we have chosen a build for renter apartment that was managed by the Chancellors. Throughout the year, they have been professional. Providing replies to our questions and addressing our concerns quickly. For our subsequent rental, we have used another agent and frankly speaking, we could tell the Chancellors is doing a better job.

When we first looked at renting in Bracknell, we had two very opposite experiences with Chancellors, one was excellent and the other was poor - both due to the knowledge, or lack of, of the letting agent showing us the properties. Within Bracknell, there is a limited choice over lettings agents, and the building we wanted to rent a flat in was solely managed by them.

We had no issues throughout our tenancy until we handed in our notice, however, I have been unimpressed with their care or professionalism since then. Every viewing I have had was arranged with less than 24 hours notice, despite this being in our contract, and their response time can take a lot longer than is appropriate (weeks to months not days). In our experience, there is little care for personal data and for the customer, particularly when they know they won’t get any more money from us as our tenancy was soon to end.

I have received all the support and cooperation I needed and everything was so quick and on time . It was really helpful for me . I appreciate there support and care.

Felicity has been a great help in finding solutions when dealing with the potential landlord. Our dealings with her have been excellent to date. Timely responses and she has kept us in the loop.
Only issue now is with the fact that a 3rd party system is holding the process, and no other route available - not Felicity's fault.

Felicity and the team at Winchester House are a pleasure to deal with. They make the whole process simple and are always happy to go the extra mile.
