A very smooth Tenancy Renewal process
Emilia Williams is to be congratulated for making our tenancy renewal so efficient and professional this year. My wife and I are both over 80 and IT is not our strong suit. Electronic document signatures remains a mystery, even after several years with Chancellors, but Emilia’s patience got us through the process without incidents. And she got us the rental increase we were seeking !
