I started a tenancy for an apartment in Bracknell in mid-August 2023 with an upfront 12-month rental. After 4 months, I served a notice to the Chancellors for an early termination of the tenancy. Chancellors informed the landlord, and all parties are accepted. I returned the keys to them in mid-February 2024, and the nightmare began.  Chancellors and the landlord received the checkout inventory report on the next day I moved out, but it took “34” days to confirm there was nothing to claim. So I started asking for my rent refund. I have a 6-month rental in their hands. But now that it is already mid-May, I have moved out for more than "3 months" and I still have not been able to get my money back. It is completely nonsense. Every time I ask the property manager of Chancellors Southeast Property Management, they just keep saying they will chase the landlord. I am very disappointed in Chancellors. They are not efficient and not helpful to the tenants.

As a BNO Visa family, we can all feel that how much Miss Felicity Bramall MARLA helpful, we had spent so many time for rental, at the end we have her.
