I cannot praise Sussanah enough for her persistence, help and support when dealing with closing my file on tenancy agreement. She tirelessly chased everyone who had to supply references etc so that I can move in on time.

Thomas Garbutt from Headington/Summertown branch has been professional throughout our sale. He was always on hand to answer our many questions (!) and helped us to secure the property we wanted within a short space of time. He is still in touch regularly checking that we are ok with how things are progressing. The new Head of Sales just took a great deal of time and effort to talk to me about my plans. It was very helpful.

Horrific lettings agency! Me and my friends have had the worst experience with this company. Five days prior to moving in we were contacted by the agency saying the landlord no longer wanted us to lease the property. This was coincidentally half an hour after I sent the money (deposit and first months rent). It then took an excessive amount of time for the funds to be returned despite how it should not be more difficult than a simple bank transfer. I have lost my job because of how slow this company are and I am trying to emphasise to anyone who is interested in renting a property with chancellors, please do not !!!

I have recently bought a house through Chancellors. Through this process, I have mainly dealt with two agents in the sales team. They have generally been prompt in providing me with replies and answers given the workload during the stamp duty holiday. It had been difficult towards the final stages of the purchase given the distance of the previous owners and remaining furniture left in the house. This became the pivotal point of the purchase, and I believe some tactical negotiations happened through the agent to allow us to overcome this final hurdle to purchase the house. My overall experience had been good and I would use Chancellors again in the future.

Very informative and supportive through the process of house selling. Farzana worked extremely hard to market the property for us. I would recommend Chancellors.
