Thank you Olivia and Chancellors
Had a viewing with Olivia ( Sunbury branch) a few weeks ago and made appointments with multiple agents to view in this area as I am moving up from the south coast trying to cram as much in as possible.
Olivia was great from the start , friendly, polite and professional and made me feel at ease. She told me about the local area and its links into central London and explained in detail the property and current market. She took time to showcase the house did not make me feel rushed in any way as I asked countless questions. Thank you for such a positive experience.

Becca was very professional and friendly
Becca has been absolutely brilliant in helping getting an appointment in around my busy work schedule. She has kept in touch and called to check if appointment today was still OK. When she showed us around, she was very professional and gave us so much information about the property. We felt very comfortable with her. She answered all our questions too. Definitely helpful to have a great agent who knows her stuff not just someone showing us around and don't say anything.

Chancellors have been simply brilliant right from the word go. Both Sophie and Vanessa have been thoroughly professional. My special kudos to both and Chancellor's team led by Andrew for bearing with my questions and providing the best of the best they could. I called upon them to put our house on rent which was after a long period which means I had numerous questions of all kind.
Andrew has an astounding knowledge on property renting. He has been immensely helpful in taking safe decision keeping risk & mitigating factors in consideration that may arise due to the current fragile financial situation UK and whole world is gripped in.

Exceptional service
We are first time buyers and we had the opportunity to view a property at Sunbury. Becca assisted us with this viewing. She was very kind and polite, knowledgeable and displayed great professional. Her communication skills have been absolutely first class.
