Chancellors - Sunbury on Thames Reviews 

We had a telephone call from Olivia (Sunbury on Thames branch of Chancellors). We had seen a property in Lightwater, Surrey (but did not visit). Olivia was in touch and explained we needed to have our own property on the market before viewing. I was somewhat reluctant to this so quickly. Olivia explained very clearly the current housing market situation which is moving rapidly - perhaps a trifle over enthusiastic at times.
We are mulling this over and appreciate Olivia’s advice.

Service provided: Sale of a flat in the Sunbury-on-Thames area.
Chancellors' branch manager in Sunbury, Daniel Short, found a buyer quickly and even after the first buyer's mortgage fell through found a second and successful buyer very quickly. Dan set the right go to market strategy and once the sale was agreed (STC) played the key role liaising between the buyer and the buyers' solicitor and our solicitor. Without Dan's excellence and persistence I think the transaction would not be completed. If the need arose, I would definitely work with Dan again.
