Great department, very helpful with all the details needed to proceed with renting. Service is good and advice is professional. Would recommend.

Had to move out due to emergency work at my parents house and I was able to move into a flat. Brooke from the Thatcham branch was an absolute diamond and made the move very easy and stress free, I would recommend chancellors to anyone moving out they were very helpful and am grateful for their amazing service 😁

Despite us sadly losing the first property we hoped to buy, Stacy managed to help us find something even better the same day and turned around the process super quickly so that we could catch up. From when I submitted an application to visiting the property and then gaining the keys to the property, Brooke has provided a great service.

Had a lot of time to answer my questions and ensure I was happy with everything at each stage.

We recently had the pleasure of viewing two properties with Ben Armstrong from Chancellors, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Ben was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable about both the properties and the local area. He took the time to answer all of our questions clearly and made the whole viewing process smooth and stress-free.

What stood out most was his approachable manner and genuine interest in helping us find the right home, rather than just rushing us through. He made us feel comfortable and well looked after throughout.
