Awful company that everyone should avoid at all costs. They are the only company that want to charge you if you are unsuccessful despite the fact they do nothing to help you, god forbid you should make a mistake on a form!
They also lied to us throughout the process and then pulled the plug despite being offered guarantors.
They also don’t seem to understand how self employment works.
If you want an estate agent that makes everything as stressful as possible and is extremely invasive with the information they want then go ahead and use this disgraceful, money grabbing company!

Lauren and Stacy were extremely polite and professional during our property search and we'd thoroughly recommend their services to anyone. Chancellors also lined up a buyer before our property even hit the market and secured the guide price, so we couldn't be more happy with the service provided.

Bradley was massively accommodating of our requests for viewings, thoroughly explained all the properties we visited with him and was on hand to answer additional questions in the intervening period. If at any point he didn't know the immediate answer to our questions he found out as soon as he was back in the office and let us know.

We had highly pleasant experience lately. A special mention goes to Bradley who showed us a property. He was friendly, well prepared and ready to answer our questions.

Bradley has been fantastic in dealing with the sale of our house. He replies to emails immediately, is always available at the phone and is extremely proactive in chasing solicitors and buyers! He has saved my experience with Chancellors Thatcham which initially started off on the negative side!
