We found Ella to be extremely good at communicating to us both to set up and feedback on viewings, but also on the visits themselves it was clear she had taken the time to get knowledge on the property and easily answered questions that were asked. If there were any outstanding issues she would always go away and get that information and then pass it on to us.

I just wanted to say thank you for all your help and support to us in our property search. Unfortunately in this instance due to other members in the chain we were unsuccessful. But from the first viewing, when you showed us round the property, to the final stages where it began to fall apart and then keeping in touch and keeping us up to date as we all tried to piece the chain back together it helped make the whole process much easier. You were very professional, polite, engaging. You listened to our thoughts, concerns and needs, looked for options that fitted what we were looking for. You never contacted us with properties that did not fit our plans. We found you very personable and easy going, easy to talk to and ask questions which all helped us in coming to the decision of making the offer on the property. We always felt in the loop and that you were doing your best to find us properties we would be interested in. Hopefully we will get another buyer for our property and can continue the relationship in the near future. Thanks again for all your support and we will hopefully be in touch again soon when we have sold and are in a position to look at properties again.

Aysha is an excellent property agent- she gave us plenty of time to view the property and quickly got the answers for our questions from the current owner.
