Brilliant service from start to finish, I ordered the wrong thing and contacted them on the chat service and they couldn’t have been any more helpful.
When the bracelet arrived the quality was really good but I ordered the size too big when I contacted again they were quick to reply and They sent me a returns label by email and replaced it for me.

I was looking for the perfect keepsake for my daughter's 13th birthday, without breaking the bank. I found The Charming Jewellery Store through a Google search for personalised jewellery. There were lots of options but I opted for a heart shaped locket with my daughters name and age engraved. Checkout was simple and clear. The necklace was delivered very quickly considering it had to he Ingraved and I'm certain my daughter will adore it.
