Kristie was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful throughout the viewing. She took the time to answer all of our questions thoroughly and provided valuable information about the property and the local area. Her approach was never pushy; instead, she made us feel comfortable and gave us the space we needed to properly explore the property while remaining available whenever we needed assistance.

What stood out most was Kristie’s excellent communication and genuine enthusiasm. She clearly cares about helping clients find the right home and goes the extra mile to ensure a positive experience.

Excellent service received from both Kirstie and Robyn. Have helped us turn around an opportunity in really quick time, have been incredibly responsive and able to answer any questions including providing clear and concise guidance through the letting process.

Everyone I've spoken to at Charters has been lovely and helpful - none more so than Simona who has helped with any tickets and enquiries I have had. Appreciate sometimes it's tricky to move things along when there are elements that depend on a landlord but she always does everything she can to progress actions and keep me posted :)

Kirstie and Jacqui look after the rentals for Farnham. We have known them for 12 years now living through 3 houses. Each time they have been caring, supportive and understanding. It might just be luck that the houses that have come up at the right time have been through Charters, but I would recommend them as an Estate agents.
There is always lots of communication and support through the process of finding a new rental home.

Charters took over as the letting agents for the rental property I'm in about 1.5 years ago. I have been in contact almost exclusively with Simona-Maria Rosu over that period and she made the transition period easy, clear and concise. Simona has excellent communication skills both on the phone and via email. Simona has effectively organised house inspections (well ahead of time, which is preferable for me) and communicated any changes quickly.
Over the time this property has been let by Charters, there haven't been any issues for me as a tenant.
I'm leaving the property soon and Simona has made all the next steps clear and this has put me at ease.
