Sue at the worthing branch is fantastic! As a first time landlord it can be a bit overwhelming, however her assistance and guidance when dealing with maintenance issues is above and beyond!

Had such a lovely experience with Darcey in the Hove office, new to Vieiwng houses and how it works and instead of brushing me off, she explained everything and even added information I wasn’t aware off! A very kind lady and highly recommended if you’re a bit unsure as she doesn’t make asking questions feel silly!

Georgia in Worthing is out property manager and she’s very responsive! I always know I can go into the office and talk to her and she’ll make time for us!

Finding a rental has been really stressful and competitive and so to find a few properties with the same agent helped us to build a little rapport. To have good communication helps the process and it was nice that the agent (Samuel) knew how much it meant to us to be successful with a property! The viewing was a positive experience with his colleague Sam who was very knowledgeable, encouraging, and respectful.

I had several viewings with Michael from Charters this week as we are moving down from up north for work at the end of the month. He's been nothing short of excellent. He took the time to know our needs and showed us properties that fit our brief really well.

On viewings he was very well informed about all the properties and the surrounding areas which was brilliant when I had questions about CTax, transport links etc., whilst at no point coming across as pushy - you could tell he was about finding the right home for the right person/family which I really appreciated.

Lastly, on a couple of occasions elsewhere we've had last minute cancellations due to agents not getting admin sorted, which when you've driven 6 hours in a heatwave to be there, it does put you off relying on an agency for your business. Michael has been the antithesis of this; every email and call has promptly been replied to and when viewings were cancelled due to factors out of his control, somehow he managed to get them back on track!
As a result we've been very impressed by our experience with Charters and would happily recommend them as a result. Thank you Michael!

Rhian was extremely helpful, professional, trustworthy and well informed, touring us around lots of suitable properties to rent. She understood what was important and relevant to us. I'm renting a one bed flat with Charters Southampton. And my bathroom was leaking water into the downstairs neighbours flat and the floor was collapsing. Taylor Bray, my property manager was amazing very reassuring and quick at chasing for the repairs to happen. Being repaired tomorrow .. hopefully in full by one of their contractors.

Stephen Henry has been great, ensured the process was as smooth as possible. Such a good idea to have someone you can contact during the buying process that is dedicated to ensuring the purchase goes as smoothly as possible

Shoutout to Gary, legend of a sale progressor - managed to get the sale through in 8.5 weeks. We're very pleased. He was always very pleasant to speak to, and put up with my annoying frequent calls. Gary 100% deserves a raise, would recommend Charters just for Gary!

We have lived here for 10 years and Edie Jarvis is by far the best property manager we've ever had. Efficient, proactive and a lovely manner. Keep up the good work!

Joe was great, he contact me over the phone, he advised what the issue was and how the job could be carried out in order to fix the issue at the flat for the tenant. i signed off the job. a contractor was called to carry out the work. the job was completed within 48 hours. happy days

Jo Goddard and the team at Charters were a huge help in getting our flat sold. The process took longer than expected due to other third parties however Jo was the only one to keep me regularly updated on progress all the way to the end. From start to finish I was only met with professional and friendly services. Definitely recommend.
