We found a property and Kirstie from the Farnham branch assisted us almost instantly. Very professional and the process was very smooth, would highly recommend.

I am a landlord and rent my house using Peter Knobbs and Charters as my agent. Today I needed some advice. I called Pete who gave his time freely and talked through the problem. He, as always, was straight speaking and extremely knowledgeable. Experience really counts and he has it. He gave me options going forward as well as saying what he would do and why. Kirstie at the Farnham branch was wonderful in the process of viewing a flat, and helping us to get all our checks and referencing done quickly. She was knowledgeable about the flat and answered any questions we had. She was also very helpful and friendly in all aspects of the process and is a great representative of Charters

Charters are the most efficient managing agents I've ever dealt with as a tenant. Parris manages the property I live in. She is knowledgeable and sympathetic and critically. she always responds fast whenever I have a query or some minor repairs . I highly recommend them.

Stacey was welcoming, helpful and answered any enquiries in a timely mannor. He made my moving experience a lot less stressful than it could have been. Thank you

We completed our house sale in Eastleigh on 06/07/26, Although the process was drawn out and took about 5 months from accepting the offer till completion, the guys and girls at Charters were always on the ball, they kept us informed with everything, even during that time in all house sales when it goes quiet while solicitors do their thing, They rang us just to reassure things were progressing. From the start, all the staff were friendly and professional, even if we were passing and called in At Chandlers Ford, Nothing was too much trouble, Yes we paid probably a bit more than elsewhere but they got the job done and matched our house with the buyer. I can't remember names in the CF branch but thank you to each and everyone who dealt with the sale of our home.

We chose Charters to help us sell our house in Chandler's Ford. We did speak to a couple of others first, but from the moment we started talking to them they seemed to genuinely care about us and helping us find the best deal for our property. In the Chandler's Ford branch Jorgia, Cameron, Lydia, Brett and all the other staff we interacted with were at all times friendly, understanding, and offered excellent advice to help us position our property on the market. The impression we got speaking to some other agents was that they prioritised a quick sale for their turnover, where as our house is our most valuable asset Charters were great at positioning us to make the most of that in a difficult time in the market, not pressuring us to accept low offers and giving us up to date advice as the market shifted.
Their reputation and rating on here is well deserved, when selling again I would definitely have them at the top of my list.

I worked with Lucy in Hove....I realised what a difficult market it would be after an initial foray in the market....I called her at 2.30 and I asked for a quick result, we had a property sorted by 5.00....friendly , efficient, knowledgeable and reassuring...

From my very first enquiry through to passing all of my checks, Nikola has been absolutely outstanding.
