Feedback for service received at Chase Eyecare
I have been a patient of Mr Puri for about 25 years. The service I have had from Mr Puri has always been courteous, informative, knowledgeable and very professional. I have always been advised of my eyesight needs, and allowed to decide what to do next.
In a similar manner, Mr Puri's Staff have always been courteous, helpful and professional in meeting my eyesight needs after any eyesight examination with Mr Puri.
Therefore, I would not hesitate to recommend any form of eyesight examinations at Chase Eyecare with Mr Puri and his Staff, whatever the eyesight needs might be of adults, young people and children of any age.

Fantastic service. Previously brought my eldest daughter, now I have return with my second. Very thorough and in a calming environment. Staff are friendly and always have the clients needs first. I would recommend to family and friends.

I came here a few years ago and had a great experience but due to my work place being situated somewhere else I went to an opticians near my work but wasn't happy with the service and have suffered for 2 years with my eyes so came back here and they have sorted my eyes out brilliantly I won't go anywhere else now thank u I would highly recommend to my friends and family

Friendly atmosphere & made to feel at home. They sorted out filters for my lenses. With a professional attitude but remaining a relaxed atmosphere.
I'd fully recommend anyone having problems associated with dyslexia or dyspraxia to arrange a visit.

Sudden loss of vision …
After experiencing some sudden vision loss I couldn’t seem to get any proper help anywhere until I came across Chase eyecare , they were superb right from the start and made me feel so confident with the treatment that I was getting from them.They were so helpful and friendly and even stayed in touch with me to check how I was getting on.
Even though we don’t live in Cannock we wouldn’t go anywhere else for our eye care now.

I came here first time after a bad experience at a well known chain.
I felt very welcomed as soon as I came in the door, they even offered me nice drinks.
The consultant Mr Puri made me feel very relaxed and gave me personalised care making sure that my professional-medical needs were met. I would like to recommend Chase Eyecare to friends and family.

My Gp sent me to Mr Puri as an urgent…
My Gp sent me to Mr Puri as an urgent referral who not only prioritised my appointment but went way above and beyond to expedite my treatment at the eye infirmary at the local hospital.
The long term effects of his condition would have had catastrophic ramifications. In fact without Mr Puris swift and professional approach I would have been in grave danger of loosing the site in my leye.
I can thoroughly recommend Mr Puri and his team for their fantastic care .
