Highly professional eye care practice
My mum has been a patient of this practice for many years. After speaking to the lovely lady yesterday, we popped in today for a quick review as Mum was having problems. She was so kind and patient explained everything and we've left happy. Couldn't recommend this practice more❤️

My appointment was bumped to the same day when Mr Puri and his team saw I needed help. He went above and beyond to make sure I was cared for including hospital referral, helping me more than my GP. If you want to be looked after Chase Eyecare should be your optician.

Me and my daughter have visited Chase Eye Care for some time, and we are always treated with outstanding care. The staff is incredibly friendly, and the eye exams are straightforward and comfortable. Mr. Shakeel Puri, in particular, is exceptionally sincere; he puts you at ease and goes above and beyond to explain everything in detail. I would highly recommend Chase Eye Care are very family-friendly, and the welcoming atmosphere, complete with coffee, biscuits, and treats, makes each visit a pleasure. Brilliant service
I have been using Chase Eyecare for a few years now. Mr Puri is so lovely puts you at ease straight away and very professional. He takes time to explain things to you and there is never any rush with an eye test.
I also had a problem with an irritation in one eye they fitted me in to see Mr Puri who found the problem and removed 2 eyelashes that were curling into my eye brilliant service.
The ladies are so helpful when choosing frames especially Louise so very patient.
I would 100 per cent recommend Mr Puri and his team they are the best opticians I have ever been to
