We attended chase eye care with our daughter and the service was brilliant. The ladies in reception are amazing. The examination process was very caring and child friendly. Her progress in her education needs have also improved. Thanks to Mr Puri to his team highly recommended.

Me and my son were with a bigger franchise opticians but moved because they were really rude and had no patients towards my son. We moved to Chase Eyecare because my sister recommended them to me. I am so glad i did, every member of staff are so helpful and friendly. Mr Shakeel Puri really goes above and beyond and my son is so much more relaxed here. He has always been anxious about having his eye test because past experiences but here they're so patient with him and he has a laugh with Mr Shakeel Puri. My son is so chilled out now and looks forward to his eye test. We both enjoy our experiences here. We will never go anywhere else now.

My daughter is neurodivergent she has ASC and HDHD- so taking her to appointments is usually very difficult and a trigger for her. The team here at Chase Eyecare opticians are exceptional with their inclusive approach towards her, my daughter loves coming for her check ups- she is comfortable and compliant with the optician as he is so friendly and calming. I would 100% recommend their service to all family’s.

Myself and my daughter have been coming here a while and always been treated very well. Staff are amazing friendly and the eye tests every easy and Mr Shakeel Puri is very sincere, makes you very relaxed and goes above and beyond to talk and explain everything. After taking my daughter to two other eyecare providers before chase eyecare, the glasses she received didn't seem to help until seeing Mr Shakeel Puri at chase eyecare, it's clear to see that after seeing Mr Shakeel Puri and getting the tinted lenses her vision is 100% better, would definitely reccomend.

Myself and my children have been coming to chase eye care for a few years now and will never go anywhere else! We are always made very welcome, all staff are very friendly and accommodating. No long wait for glasses either as they are made at the shop. Highly recommend,it's a much more personal experience than the other known opticians! Highly recommend.

Ive been coming to this chase eye care for quite a few years always felt welcome staff are brilliant and so friendly its definitely a safe place to bring family to have there eyes checked I wouldn’t go to another place highly recommended. Mr Puri puts my children and myself in best of care and we feel we have the best eye test here. Have the smartest and elegant glasses and a maximum choice which are very affordable for families.

Each time is a great experience; all the staff are kind and knowledgeable making each visit easy and stress free throughout the entire process from the eye exam with the consultant, being able to have in depth conversations about the condition of my eyesight as well as the help of picking and fitting of new frames afterwards with the dispensing team.
