Dangerous playsand
Ordered playsand for my son’s birthday. The playsand had small pebbles in it dangerous for a small child. When I returned they only refunded me for the unopened bags even though the one bag opened was a serious safety risk and not fit for purpose. I didn’t have it in me to fight this but it has put me off shopping here. Clearly safety and decency are not priorities.

The stepping stones were easy to order…
The stepping stones were easy to order and the delivery arrangements were excellent, especially the two friendly guys who were happy to carry the stones into the garden and stack them in a suitable place

Compost delivery
Ordered some compost as they were offering free delivery.
Choice of days Monday - Friday ( why don’t businesses deliver at the weekend when most working people are at home?)
Delivery arrived bang on time, 2 guys and they carried all 8 bags through the house to the back garden. Super helpful

Polite, friendly and went the extra mile
The staff were and always are polite and friendly. Our delivery guys were kind enough to help us unbox the furniture and take away the boxes for us - they went the extra mile.

Easy to get garden furniture…
Wife and I wanted some new garden furnture and saw a specials email. So Saturday look a drive to thier showroom. Great to see the selection in store and the one we had our eye on. Joseph from the team was great, geniune advice not pushy for the sale and gave us the space to take some measurements get a feel for it and go do some homework. Next day once we decided we gave him a ring and we were able to complete the sale over the phone with a delivery this Thursday! What a pleasure. Looking forward to delivery
