truly dreadful customer service, rude impolite supervisory stafff
Although it is appreciated that Chilton Mills is a cut price store selling mostly old stock and is situated close to social housing estates, not all prospective customers are shop lifters or out to defraud. To be fair, most of the shop floor assistants seem quite ok, though how they can stand to work for this company goodness knows, only those elevated to the dizzy heights of a supervisory post seem to be trained in aggressive rudeness regardless of the fact that a customer may have a genuine concern - one can only assume that it is the company policy to treat customers in this manner, thus alienating them ad all their friends, relations and acquaintances
