Where do I start🤷‍♀️ . The level of service and quality is extremely poor. I had units delivered which were damaged it took three more deliveries over a period of months to be rectified . I have waited months for two wardrobe doors to be replaced , screws , ( as screws to small for shelf) also a new pole due to being covered in paint . Again after months of waiting the delivery drivers had no idea of full delivery , which I paid white glove service for (joke) as goods covered I. Black hand prints ! So now I’m

Ordered furniture online, site said it was in stock. A few days later advised out of stock. Ordered a different colour. 3 items were supposed to turn up, only one did. I am 68 with arthritic wrists and have had to move furniture etc for the delivery men & put it back 4 times so far. When the wardrobes turned up, one was the wrong colour. Another delivery was arranged and that was also the wrong colour. I had to be ready at 7am for another delivery today. At 10.30 they advised there was no room on the van, so now have to wait around another fortnight and move stuff around yet again. AWFUL SERVICE

After a bad experience with another company I ordered from Chilton oak furniture for my bedroom wardrobes. The customer service was nothing short of outstanding the lady i placed my order with was very knowledgeable and reassured me there wouldnt be any problems with their products or service and recommended the white glove service to fit my furniture together for me. They kept me informed every step of the way and even turned up early to deliver my furniture and put together and was amazing and respectful of our home. My bedroom now looks amazing. Thank you Chiltern Oak furniture you have restored my faith after a really bad experience with another company and we will definatly be ordering more items for other rooms for our home 🏡

I have wanted a different looking chest of drawers for some time but hadn't seen one I liked in my price range. Then I received an email from Chiltern Oak furniture advertising a Banbury sage green chest of drawers, it was just what I'd been looking for. It was a different colour to anything I'd seen and it was an exceptional price for the quality. It was also delivered free direct to where I wanted it. It was fully assembled, fabulous value for money, well made, looks amazing. Thank you

Don't waste your time shopping with Chiltern oak kept me waiting for 6 dinning chairs for 9 months took payment upfront with no delivery date.

we ordered a large bedroom chest of drawers. Men left it by the front door. It is too heavy for the two of us to get up the stairs. Looking again at the small print it says you can select "delivery to room of choice" at the checkout but I didn't see that and have just checked it by going to the checkout for this item again and it didn't come up How are we going to get it upstairs!

I have just bought a rustic oak 3 door sideboard and a 1 door small cupboard and could not be more pleased with them, they are very well made and sturdy and look beautiful in my redecorated living room. They are really good quality and the price was good also. They arrived well packaged and were delivered pretty quickly. No problems unpacking and they will last for years and years. I have read some negative reviews on here but can honestly say my experience with Chiltern has been really great and I would happily buy from them again.

The bookcase we purchased was competitively priced and very good quality. Delivery was easy and I would definitely recommend the company and no doubt will be purchasing from them again in the future.

Fantastic customer service. A table leg developed a large crack 2 months after purchasing a dining table and chairs. I rang customer services and was advised to send an email and photos of the damage. Within 1 day a new leg was despatched and received the next day. Would not hesitate to recommend or buy from again.

Good service, happy with products

We bought a pair of Hampshire Blue wardrobes. Buying and delivery was fine. The materials are much more flimsy than expected - hardly any parts are solid wood. When assembled, some of the joints were wonky and there were a few scratches on the finish but all were inside or at the back and it was too much effort to dismantle and send them back so we chose to live with it. One year on and two of the doors have warped so now they don't close properly and the wardrobe hangs open. I contacted Chiltern about the door issue and they said they wouldn't do anything as they were over a year old. We have IKEA wardrobes in another room which were literally half the price of these Chiltern ones and they are much more sturdy and durable. I won't be going back to Chiltern.
